Hi, I'm Nicole Alexander — a certified Hypnotist who believes that real change starts from within. Over the years, I've seen how deeply our thoughts, emotions, and energy are connected, and how powerful it can be when we learn to work with them instead of against them. My work blends hypnotherapy, intuition, and energy practices to help you uncover what's been holding you back and gently guide you toward greater clarity, calm, and confidence.
My approach is both gentle and straightforward — I'll always meet you where you are, but I'll also help you see what's possible beyond old patterns and fears. I hold a degree in Sociology and have spent more than 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, which gave me a deep respect for the mind-body connection. I'm also certified in Hypnotherapy, Reiki Levels I and II (since 2016), and Intuitive Training.
